    1.1 Who Are We?

    AnotherUniverse.Co is a division of the Titan Entertainment Group, Europe’s leading specialist provider of popular culture entertainment in both publishing and retail. We have over thirty-five years experience trading in our specialist market, and the Titan brand is recognised worldwide.

     

    2. Orders and Delivery

     

      2.1 How can I pay?

      All payments are made via our secure payment gateway. Follow the instructions at the checkout.

      Unless otherwise noted in the product description, we will not charge you for your items until your items are ready for shipment.

       

      2.2 Do I need an account to place an order with you?

      No, you do not have to open an account with us. You can add your items to your Shopping cart, and then follow the directions to the Checkout. Once we have confirmed your order, we will send you an on order number. Please keep this safe in case you need to speak to us about your order.

       

      2.3 Do you accept PayPal?

      We do not accept PayPal at this time.

       

      2.4 How much do you charge for delivery?

      Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges.

      When you make a purchase on our site, we will calculate the postage for you at the checkout stage. If you are not happy with the postal charges, we will give you the option to cancel or amend your order before the final confirmation screen.

      If we deliver your order to an address in certain US States, we will charge you Sales Tax. The States in question are as follows: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

       

      2.5 How do you calculate Sales Tax?

      If your order is subject to Sales Tax, we will calculate that Tax on each individual item. This Tax may include shipping and handling charges for the item, and any discounts applied to that item. If you have ordered several items, it may also include an allocation of the total shipping and handling charges for the complete order, and any overall discounts applied to the order itself.

      The Sales Tax we charge depends on several factors. These can include the type of item purchased, and the destination of the shipment. These factors can change between the time you place your order and the time we authorise your credit card. This means that the amount appearing in your order as Estimated Tax may differ from the tax that we ultimately charge.

       

      2.6 Can you deliver internationally?

      Yes, we can deliver orders to all parts of the world.

       

      2.7 When will my goods be delivered?

      Items marked ‘in stock’ are held by Another Universe and are usually dispatched within two working days.

      When you make a purchase on our site, we will calculate the postage for you at the checkout stage. If you are not happy with the postal charges, we will give you the option to cancel or amend your order before the final confirmation screen.

      In the unlikely event that we have sent you the wrong item, or that your order arrives damaged, please contact us on sales@anotheruniverse.co as soon as possible.

       

      2.8 Are there restrictions on deliveries?

      We will make all deliveries to the address specified by the Customer.

      We ship all of our orders via Fed Ex Ground, and will be delivered within three to five working days. As Fed Ex does not deliver to PO Boxes, you will need to provide us with a full delivery address. If you do not have a full delivery address, please contact us at 630-851-7683 or sales@anotheruniverse.co for alternative shipping methods.

       

      2.9 What happens if I’m not home when you deliver?

      If you are not at home when Fed Ex make your delivery, Fed Ex will either leave the package or will make additional attempts to deliver it to you.

       

      2.10 Will I receive an email confirmation of my shipment?

      As soon as we have completed the picking, packing and shipping process, we will email you notification of your shipment, and any available tracking numbers. We will not charge you for your shipment until it is ready to leave our warehouse.

       

      3. Cancellations and Returns

       

        3.1 Can I cancel my order?

        3.2 How do I return my goods?

        If you change your mind about an item we have sent you, or in the unlikely case that the item is defective, you can return the item to us. You should return the item complete, and in its original condition and packaging. You should include the receipt with your order, either the original or a copy.
